Because I love this manga, no matter how unknown it seems or how small its fandom is... Bastard!! Ankoku no Hakaishin. I've got to find somewhere they offer downloads of it, because oh the nostalgia. Anyway it's high fantasy, with elves and dragons and monsters, though it technically happens in the future after an apocalypse.
