I want you all to know that I am eating the bestest chocolate in the world right now. It's dark, but sweet (though not so sweet it makes you gag) and not too bitter either. Juuust perfectly perfect. And it's made of very fine sheets of varying hardness, so that when you bite into it, the stiffer layers crack in a multitude of pieces and then the tender bits promptly melt on your tongue.
