Fri, Aug. 1st, 2003 08:59For those who don't know: I'll be camping for 2 weeks with the family, leaving in something like 20 hours. No computer. No electricity. One phone boot for 300 people. And I don't have a phone card.
....cell phone... me? HA! sure.
And the Family. argh.
One thing that's good, they're all old enough now. since the youngest aren't coming. Since Adrien broke his arm.
They say it's bad, he broke it in several places. He was jumping on a trampoline. Why doesn't this surprise me from the hyperactive brat from Hell? ... Sure I feel bad for him, because it sucks to be a kid with a broken arm, and his arm is going to stay broken for at least three months. But still. He's usually a spoiled brat, and this means I won't have to babysit him. Maybe I'm a cold-hearted bitch.
And NO, I am never paid for babysitting him, his whiny brother and their clingy sister. You don't make family pay. (*snort* yeah sure)
On the up side, besides no brats, is the sea (cold but I don't mind horribly much), the rocks to climb (*lurve*), and lots of time to draw.
On the down side.
Six to eight hours to go, six to eight hours to come back. In a small backseat. With two teenage boys with way too tall legs. Who have a tendency to fight when cooped up too long.
And NO COMPUTER.
... I'm missing it already ;_;
