You guys should not let me meme. I never finish all the prompts. I always end up with another brand new 'verse or three added to my load. I am bad with memes. baaaaaaad.

I'm blaming hiza_chan somehow. I was reading her genderswitch meme and then I was like OMG WANT. But I don't feel imaginative enough to write genderswitch ANYTHING, needs some limits...

Then I started wondering what would be different in teamwork if Sasuke was born a girl.


Give me one of my fics (anything I've posted in english, be it Teamwork, Restore, the Swingersverse, ofic... or one of those drabbles I wrote months ago *), give me a character to genderswitch (two max), give me a writing prompt (a word? a moment in time? a sentence? an action? note, I don't do well with poetic prompts. Hell, the prompt is optional. I might whine if inspiration doesn't come, though.)
* (apart from the stuff I posted nowhere but in that "what's in your files?" meme. That stuff's disqualified.)

Basically I'll write a ficlet inside a genderbent!AU of my stories. (I'd prefer a born the other gender AU than a temporary genderbending, actually .__.) I don't have the brains to manage brand-new verses or fun and different explanations for genderflipping right now.

Hopefully I'll manage to write you something. I'll do my best. I just. ngh. genderbending. I can't stop myself. I'm a memeholic.

nyargh ;_; i ran into a wall when i tried to figure out what power in this series could switch her gender. The closest I can get is either Kid dressing her up as a guy complete with accessories or her being a post-op FtM, and Ran really doesn't ping me as FtM, actually more the other way around, but then i'm not really genderbending, just giving her a new background... argh, i'm confusing myself. T__T I'm sorry, could you request again please?

I'd forgotten about The Closet. I wonder how that would work with boy!Orihime (Orimaru?) just because no one seems to think of gender flipping the really girly looking/acting girls.

Rukia's heart stops in his chest. He thought they weren't talking about this, he thought he'd been clear -- as clear as he could be without saying the words out loud, he is a man and Ichigo is a man and this is so improper--

It might ruin everything.

"I mean, not that I think it would matter very much more than in a general sense because Kurosaki-kun is much more inclined to look at people, but --"

"Inoue!" Rukia says, and her nervous babble comes to a stop. She looks sorry -- but sorry she's making him nervous, not sorry she said any of it. Rukia thinks of all the reasons he told himself to keep this truth behind his teeth, and feels a little bit grateful. It's out in the open, now.

Ichigo stares at them both, shocked speechless.

But not, Rukia sees, yanking his hand off Rukia's knee. He can feel it burning right through his hakama.

"I think," he says, and wets dry lips, and gives a short, sharp, decisive nod, "we should experiment."

Awgh, curses. This was so wonderful and believable and Rukia's kookyseriousness suits him just as well as a male, hahahaa (and boy does that come through clearly). Perhaps I should have thought of something blander to give you because you're making me want more Boy!Rukia!Closetverse. :(
