Pick one of my stories and I will tell you the first lines of its prequel OR sequel (choose one!). Even if I was never actually planning to write a prequel/sequel. Even if it already has a prequel/sequel -- I'll give you the first line of another version of its prequel/sequel!

If there's a ficlet that's not on there you can request something for it anyway! You don't even have to link me first, I'll find it (if I truly was the one who wrote it, cause i've gotten confused about that stuff before. XD) Or there's my ffnet page. Any fandoms, go go go.

I was just wondering what else could happen, and then, hey, maybe declassification on Earth 2! XD That'd mean they can channel people who still want to fight toward acceptable targets, such as evil aliens bent on using them as snacks. Duo's being mean to the ex-Ozzies though, they're supposed to all be on the same side now! it was just too funny to pass up. XD

I think the Earth guys know they used to be terrorists/guerilla agents, they just don't mind much, but it was safer for Earth 2 if Earth 1 believed the level of tech in the gundams was more widespread. Less of a temptation for bad apples such as the NID to go over there and see what they can force out.

There is no official pairing in this fic, though there is Heero/Duo interaction that will likely end up full of subtext, knowing myself. XD Not saying how come he's here, tho, it's spoilerific.

♥ it's not really a series yet, though. I think I'll write another oneshot, maybe two, and that'll be all. I don't have enough plot for more. .__.

Second anon would like to know if there is an equivalent for women's?

Ichigo is not used to sitting seiza, and his knees ache and he hasn't been able to feel his feet for the last ten minutes. (Tea ceremonies are long.) If he had to get up, he knows he would stumble.

Nothing in the world will ever convince him Kuchiki Byakuya doesn't know that.

Of course the guy's been sitting like that all his life, so he wouldn't have the same problem. Nothing in the whole of the mortal realm, Soul Society, and Hueco Mundo will ever convince Ichigo this isn't all according to plan.

Ichigo stays silent and takes a sip of his tea, though the only reason he does is that Rukia was the one who prepared it, right there under his eyes, and there is no way Byakuya would risk his precious little sister getting exposed to poisoned ingredients. (The fact that Byakuya drank first doesn't help at all, because Ichigo bets he'd have the antidote on him.)

"Kurosaki Ichigo," Byakuya says, cool like a death sentence. "I hear you have taken my little sister as one of your concubines."

Yep, nothing in the universe can possibly convince Ichigo this wasn't intended as a death trap. He bets there's already an Ichigo-sized hole dug out and waiting under the camellias. The fun thing is he knew that from the moment they received the invitation, and yet here they are. He must be suicidal.

The proof is that even as Rukia gives a polite, well-bred, fake laugh, he can't help but mutter, "Other way around there."

And then as Byakuya stares, Orihime blushes and says dreamily, "Oh, I want to be the Sultan next time. Layered silk veils! Reds and oranges and yellow too. Like sunshine and lemons and oranges. Kurosaki-kun is bright and sharp and strong like summer sun and citrus; he definitely needs a yellow outfit."

"I do believe we have bolts of silk in storage," says Rukia modestly, and eyes him up and down. "They'll suit pretty nicely."

Ichigo bets Byakuya regrets not having poisoned the tea now. Ichigo sure does. He drinks his cup anyway.

Rukia made it, after all. You never know.

Oh my goodness Byakuya you cannot intimidate Orihime she is simply too much of a rad kinky harem queen for that.

Ichigo would not be happy if they were not making his life hell. <3

The issue there is that at the end of that fic Itachi and Sasuke go their separate ways with the understanding that Sasuke will still go after Itachi to kill him at some point. And by that point he's already controlling his nekomata powers okayish, and then he ends up back in Konoha, and so the sequel would start in a place/mood/emotional resonance that has nothing to do with the first fic anymore. ^^;

There were paragrapsh in the alert I received too, weirdness. Anyway, teamwork characters when they were kids were pretty much canon characters when they were kids, I never defined any special event that far back, and sanctuarium POV thinger doesn't seem like a potential sequel so much as an introspective ficlet. :p

The days are long, in Hueco Mundo.

The days are long, but the nights are longer.

It's always night, really. The fake blue skies are no help.

She doesn't want her friends here. She doesn't, they'd get killed. She isn't worth that. She doesn't want that, even if she were.

She especially doesn't want Kurosaki-kun.

She's so lonely though, and it's so easy to drift through the endless nights and pretend.

She's good at pretending. She does the voices. (Tatsuki-chan's when she feels wobbly -- exercise, exercise, you'll get fat thighs and fail the 100 meter dash!; Ishida-kun's when she's looking in the mirror and seeing a stranger: he likes the elegance of the white design, very stylish. Sado-kun's sometimes when Ulquiorra is there, especially because Sado-kun wouldn't speak, he'd just sit there and let his own silence speak, and she likes to imagine he's here just out of sight.) But not Kurosaki-kun's. He has no place here.

Not Sora's voice, either. It feels as if she might summon him back, and her brother deserves his peace.

She talks to and with everyone she knows. But not Ichigo.

But Kuchiki-san would understand, and so in the middle of a conversation about plushies and crumpets she says, "I miss him," and before she can stop her the Rukia in her head says "me too."

Because the Rukia in her head has been locked away just as long as she has, of course.

"But we'll be strong for him, won't we? He'll come. He came for me, so--"

And she cries out "no!" and she throws to the floor an imaginary plate of cookies that splinters in thousands of impossible pieces, and she cries for real.

He came for Kuchiki-san, but Orihime can't believe he'd come for her too, she doesn't want him to, she wishes he wouldn't (she's bone-deep certain he will, but it doesn't mean what she wishes it would, he would come for Ishida-kun too.)

She's jealous and it hurts but she knows if Kuchiki-san were here she would come to her and drape her arms around her shoulders and shush her and Orihime would feel silly and weak but loved too, understood and loved and protected and known.

"I'm sorry," she whispers, hugging her knees to her chest and pretending that the blanket she draped on her shoulders is a black kimono sleeve. "I love him too I don't want to steal him from you I'm so sorry stay with me"

The Kuchiki-san in her head says "Don't be silly, why would I leave?" and Orihime pretends until she almost doesn't know it's fake and even the white blanket looks black. When Orihime is mostly cried out she goes "And now, time to practice, and be ready to take them all by storm! Wipe your face, firm your chin -- stiff upper lip, that's it! Now on your march, set, go!" and Orihime ...

... Orihime wants to be able to pretend that far, but she can't.

She's so tired of being afraid. So tired of being lonely.

"I love him too I don't want to steal him from you I'm so sorry stay with me" O-oh my god, Orihime. That is just so incredibly heart-breaking and in character and-and ;_;

The line about Sado really hit a chord, and I can't my finger on why. I guess maybe because he's always forgotten and she remembers him for the very reason he usually is?

...Hee hee, the Byakuya question answered too!

Maybe Rukia can be the harem guard! Or the dashing thief sneaking into the castle via the harem! Ichigo loves it and is just too freaked out to notice.

...Ahahahahaha! Ha! I didn't know I wanted this so much until it was written.

I'd give constructive compliments if I could but I don't think "EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS IS YES" quite counts...

*blink* Okay it took me until you hit nekomata to even remember what I asked for. okay that completely makes sense...thats a little sad, or it could be the intense cold medicine I'm on right now. Either or.

*dies laughing* Go Orihime go!

Ouch. Ow, ow, ow. You know, it's so easy to write Orihime as an irrepressible ditz (which she is) that it can be hard to remember what she hides underneath that surface. You really get all the sides of her here: the pretending (so well she almost -- almost! -- convinces herself), the aching loneliness, the way she cares for and notices all her friends, her memory of her brother. I also really, really like her thoughts about Rukia, that she sees her as a friend and fellow traveler rather than a rival, and the way Orihime herself makes the comparision between her captivity in Hueco Mundo and Rukia's time in the tower awaiting execution.

This made me laugh. A lot.

It is also one of my favorites of this batch. ♥

This one, on the other hand, tugs at my heartstrings and is the other favorite fo this batch. ♥

(I find it interesting how Sasuke is a bit sociopathic here. Also, there are no action scenes but this Naruto somehow comes across as badass.)

Can I say how much I love this fic? Because I do, a real, whole lot. I love love love the fic premise you've got going on - I adore the way you write Wufei, so anything with more of him is a giant bonus. And of course, Gundam Wing and FF7 parallels in the storylines are not hard to find, which makes them brilliant series to crossover between, but actual fic/art are few, so you want it more.

If you ever actually write out a full fic for this, I think I might break down in tears and worship you.

Juuust found this via tags and made an unnatural sound. My cats now think I'm getting ready to throw up a hairball. (I made a request for this in your meme and now find out you already filled it a few months back in a completely different meme. I feel disproportionately rewarded. XD)

Dorothy and Relena's quiet interactions, Relena's possessiveness and marking them as belonging to her with their spiffy uniforms. Urgh, so perfect. Haha, Dorothy wanting a scandal. ...The title makes me question whether Relena actually knights them rather than symbolism because of the mention of noblemen... *mostly incoherent joy*

I love how you write Relena. You make her a strong character without having to punch through walls or ninja through a fortress. She's powerful without ever having to even raise her voice. She's demure but anything but boring. *sigh* If I seem passionate it's because her type of character is the most often misrepresented and/or bashed.

Also, Dorothy is sheer wicked fun without being overt. ...I should probably change my userid to gonnababblebad.

I love the 'verse so a second sequel might still happen, but at the moment I am completely taken over by my biggest homestuck WIP.

XD also yes, she totlly knights them. that's why they need to see the tailor for Sank uniforms of their own. XD
