Teamwork perked up today -- I woke up already coming up with actual SENTENCES while i was still half-awake and shit, I love that -- only to die again by the time I was done hammering out some wrinkles. I am Frustrated.

I have decided that the chapter itself is done, BUT I can't post it yet because it's pretty much just the scene with Team KyuubiFodder and that means a really short chapter, which is why it's got to wait for the sidefics to be written. They should have been actual scenes in the chapter, but they're really random and fractured and I couldn't make them gel together -- it's more of a "random shit that happened during the one month gap but doesn't impact much on what happens afterwards" and that's just awkward.

... one of the scenes is Sakura and her baby bulge. XD ... another scene is gaara and naruto discussing akatsuki and the other demon bearers, which will have NO relevance to the plot until TEAMWORK 4.

But anyway. I want to do a meme. Several memes! (not a writing, ficlet-making meme. a fandom meme or an idea meme or whatever.) I just can't figure out which. Welcoming suggestions. plz loev me. T^T

... hell, I think I want to try these, but am still welcoming other memes on top of it since I don't know how well they'll work out.

¤ Inspired by Doctor Who's "Turn Left:" Pick one of my stories and tell me a point in the tale that you'd change. Something tiny (e.g. "and then Fay chose silver glitter instead of gold") or big (e.g. "and then Rose was arrested instead of Jack") and I'll tell you how that one difference would have altered the course of the entire story.

Turn left: In the first chapter of Teamwork 2, Sakura calls out her mom and then she runs off to Ino. What if she'd gone to Sasuke and Naruto or Kakashi instead?

Oh, and the filler episode for this week is garbage, but next one is Kakashi's love song or something, and it has Sasuke in it so it's all good~

In other news, the second chapter of Rock Lee's little spinoff is also out.

i think it is time for sasuke and naruto to realise and come to terms with their love. cuz honostly we've gone over naru/saku an started sasu/saku, i think it's time for naru/sasu love, or fight/hate, either way is good. but yea how would they figure that out?

I see what you mean, the issue is that in my head they're so completely OTP there's no need to spend three centuries on it, so I have a hard time pushing them into too obvious things. They admit it from time to time (uh, sasuke saying he put naruto down as his next of kin, and in teamwork 3 chapter, uh, when naruto was sleepwalking, he had a "... oh hey sasuke's IN LOVE with me" moment...) but apart from that it's "no, we're manly macho men, we already know where we stand, there's no need to talk about -- urgh -- FEELINGS." Which, yeah, is not especially obvious when you're not living in my head. XD;;

Anyway, tournament starts next chapter and of course they've got to fight each other at some point, where's the fun otherwise. So maybe...!

I agree with the anonymous commenter, although I will admit to a slight bias towards NaruSasu... I LOVED Naruto's "Sasuke's in love with me" moment to bits, though, so even the less in-your-face things can make me very pleased. This is neither a request nor a demand, simply an opinion.

So i don't know if this is a new fandom for you or whether i just noticed it now since I just started watching this show last week, but the Sentinel is a surprising a little addition to your list for me :O! I started watching this show in tandem with another show, similar in that it's also a buddy, us-against-the-world, super-cop show. This other show, however, i found to be superior in pretty much every way, and the fact that it's from the mid 70's does nothing but add to it's charm. :D The Professionals- have you heard of it maybe? It's a 70's, British cop show, which means that (as an American of the 21st century...) it's probably as obscure you get for me.
I didn't want to be that obnoxious nobody throwing around demands and recommendations, but really.... if it was me, I'd be missing out if someone didn't let me in on it. :) Bodie and Doyle- both have their episode long, unimportant sideline flings with their varies girl-of-the-week, but really it's all about them. :) Well, them and their scotch guzzling, hard-assed boss. <3

XD; It's a very old fandom; I used to watch from time to time with my family when it first came out in France, before I was even on the internet. It's one of the fandoms where I'm in it more for the fic than for the original series itself, since I haven't rewatched since i was fifteen or so. I like the sentinel/guide thing and the occasional mystical happenstances. I don't actually like shows with living, breathing actors much in general (there are a few exceptions but they tend to be stuff I watched years ago, like Buffy. I haven't even watched any Stargate, I got into the fandom via crossovers. XD;)

Anyway, thank you for the rec, will place on my waiting list, because I sure do love "us against the world" partnerships so maybe that'll work for me anyway. XD

Hmmmm... Kaito/Yami Bakura.... Maybe. Something to do with Shadowgames. If not, Kaito/Duo because I could see them getting along. :)

That's ok. I was trying to go for a thief/thief pairing. I figured more people knew Bakura than Dark from DNAngel, so I chose him...

Ack! I feel cheated! I posted what I wanted but lj didn't place it here!!! *pouts* Anywho, okay, I really would love a Gaara and Naruto friendship fic, it would be awesome if he's all protective towards Naruto, don't know how when or where, but just those two together would make my heart melt into a puddle of goo. Another one that I would love would be a Neji and Naruto friendship fic. A mission gone wrong, protective Neji maybe? But anything with those two I would love.
