As fuckbuddies I can see them as totally on the same wavelength in a lot of ways, but they just have sex to release tension, they don't have a romantic relationship. In my head that's just, I dunno, kind of incestuous. XD (now if they really were related I suspect I'd be all over it. Go figure.) 1x6 is... I just kinda go HSS at Zechs in general. Hrrm. I think it's fine if Heero tops, but the other way around, with Zechs being older and refined and stuff it makes Heero too uke and kinda like Zechs has gained the upper hand in their rivalry, which is noes.
