really? how interesting XD D/H is kinda of 'meh' to me-- probably because eeeeveryone who wasn't writing 1x2 wrote it XD

d/R is fun though. I always did have a weak spot for a well written relena (after i got past wanting to kill her) (and 1x2xR is also always fun, but we're not talking about threesomes XD)

I think D/H would have potential, but it was badly shortchanged by the anime (it feels like they put Hilde's character development on fast forward and cut out half of her plot, so she comes off as changing her opinion too easily and not being developed enough). It's just not as epic as Duo with one of the Gboys, but she was in the army and all so i'm sure she can be kickass with him too. Mmmh. *__*

Duo/Meiran is all Newtype's fault. XD

pff, my headcanon isn't any better. I watched it once quickly after being in the fandom for months/years, and every time i try to rewatch I stall around episode 16 and drop the idea. XD
