...I admit, I'm not into GW, and I haven't read Garou, so I don't have the emotional investment in the story that I probably need to offer advice. But have you considered giving people like a month's warning and then removing it from the internet for good? That would give them a chance to put it in some word document so they could reread it later, and it would give you time to collect and save all the reviews, and you would finally (hopefully) not have to put up with people making demands about the story any more.

=___= dude, seeing the way people lung to it when i updated twice in two years, even if i gave them a year of advance warning, i would still get stupid emails about where did the story go and why ffnet removed it and how dare i blahblahblah.

though maybe i should only let it up on my site, where there is no goddamn review feature, and add a "not interested in feedback for this story anymore" notice...
