It's just that it's so much more convenient to let lj keep track of it remotely than having even more bookmarks which I'd then have to duplicate on every computer I used...


And I've never understood the "moving on to another fandom because of too much pressure from within the fandom" thing. I can understand falling off the face of the Net for a year due to RL issues, and I can understand not going on writing for a fandom because the ideas RAN OFF AND HID BEHIND NEW FANDOM, YES, FYYH AND CCR, I'M LOOKING AT YOU, but internal pressure makes little to no sense. One writes as one's daemon takes one. If writing fic, one also strives to keep to canon or deviate from it in a clearly set out way. If other fans dislike one's writing, they are perfectly free to write their own version.

Is the "sound like fics from my old fandom" meant to be a recognizable writing style, or recycled plots? Because the first one really can't do much about, and the second is just bad.
