In other news, after several days of wacky postal service hijincks, I HAVE A TABLET AND IT IS AWESOME WHEE WHEE WHEE *sketchy sketchy sketchy* I can't draw with it yet, but eeeeeeeee. *color color color* Sol, I lovelovelovelove you. ♥ I didn't think it would be so big! *^________^* pure awesome yes~

Oh, good, it arrived safely! I was a little worried for a bit there. It does take some practice, getting the hang of it, but once you do, it should go pretty quick. I can't use it on my Mac because once I upgraded past a certain point, invoking Mac Classic was causing all sorts of conflicts, so I set it aside. Good to have someone putting it to use -- certainly more than I ever did.

(Btw, is the picture still in there? If it is, it's a print of a picture CP took from his dorm room in high school. Yes, that's what he saw outside his room every morning. This explains a lot about the person I ended up with. I think.)

Yeah, it's working just fine, but getting it back was a hassle and a half. D: First we got the notification that it had arrived but as there was no one to receive it, it would be waiting at the post office (except I don't work and live by day nowadays, so I'm pretty sure I was home at the time, they were just too lazy to climb the stairs D:); then when I went to get it, oops! misplaced. The hell. "we'll call you when we find it again! :DDD" And then no calls for a couple of days. XD;;; That was kind of... yeah. And then I'm getting dressed to go to the post office, and hi there, mr. postman. yes, uh, i'll be a minute, i'm -- where the fuck are my pants~ -- aha, no, I didn't trip and almost land on my face, lalala. *cough* But it arrived safely after all. XD

My mother popped the bubbles. ;_;

The red cliffs? Yes, it is. It's a gorgeous picture. very powerful. *_*

you'll get the hang of it soon. i still prefer scanning the sketches instead of drawing directly, and cleaning them up on photoshop, because my tablet sketches always end up looking horribly messy (my hand isn't very steady). it took me a couple days to get used to the whole "looking at the screen instead of the paper" thing. :D
