Naruto's latest chapter + homestuck's latest update...
Quick comment-thing on Naruto that I should have posted back when it came out but I didn't my bad and now this is officially longer than the content of the cut: Kishi I am so sorry I doubted you over Tsunade. Not only did she heal and counterattack like a boss, she now gets to beat down five Madara clones of her very own and she doesn't have to share the glory! :D okay clones aren't as strong as an original but those are wood clones, who knows, and also it'll still be visually very satisfying watching her fist crash through those smug bitchfaces.
Also, brothers Uchiha VS Kabuchimaru = YES PLZ. I seriously hope Itachi is being sincere then he says they'll find the time to talk about things before he goes back to being dead this time around. This is a MAJOR thing for Sasuke's eventual redemption.
Also I really hope Anko wakes up and participates or something, or at least gets to talk with Sasuke, because it could be interesting having the two Orochimaru survivors interact and also she needs more screetime where she's outrageous and ballsy and kind of dark but also firmly on the side of good thanks. In part 1 she was epic, in part 2 her actions/speech haven't had that creepyweirdo shine to them so far... Hm.

For those of you following at home, basically Karkat is jealous as fuck over Dave and Terezi's's "flirtations" (read: them being awesome and snarky at each other and also making artistic can towns to play in), but he's not actually WITH Terezi they've merely been kinda dancing around it for years (and/or on-and-off? I don't remember exactly but anyway). the jealousy oh god it burns. But he doesn't even know if he wants hatelove or lovelove with her! Well, no, he knows. He wants both.
So his answer is of COURSE to go up to Dave with a troll trashy romance novel in hand and explain the plot in great detail because it is totally relevant to their current situation.
And propose that basically when he and Terezi are in black romance Dave can have her red, and if/when Karkat and Terezi flip to red Dave and Terezi can, uh, take a break or something who even knows how the heck human romance works, and it's a staple of troll romance! it'll totally work! What do you mean you can't read alternian anyway I AM PREPARED TO READ IT OUTLOUD TO YOU IF THAT IS WHAT IT'LL TAKE.

So. No clue how Dave's going to react to that, he hasn't confirmed he even canonly liked Terezi romantically, save for a flirtatious smirk that was mostly happening to get Karkat to ragesplode. He might actually sink the Dave/Terezi side of this equation. Considering I don't ship Karkat/Terezi (can't figure out how it'd work especially from her end) and I DO ship Dave/Terezi, that would make me really sad. ... Though I did feel v. woes for Karkat talking to himself earlier about how much he wantneedloved Terezi and kind of wanted her in every quadrant like a desperate fool (T^T), I'd also be sad if he was entirely rejected.
So that kind of timeshare would already be epic awesome! (only ASK HER FIRST before sorting it out between yourselves, boys, okay D: but apart from that OH YES PLEASE)
... I also ship the FUCK out of Dave/Karkat.

Considering Hussie is a troll of the non-gray-skinned variety, it's likely this isn't going to be solved at all. That'd be super fine with me. But what I'm mostly hoping for following this update is an explosion of OT3 fanfics. Please, fandom. PLEASE. IF YOU HAVE AN OUNCE OF PITY IN YOUR VEINS~ ;_____; Aaaahhhh.
