I have no idea what it say in the beginning, but please tell me it's official or a group of fans animating crack, cause either is awesome.

It's a fan animation. It's a kind of thing that's popular in Japan, taking an opening or ending and re-drawing other characters over it for crack.

There is something perversely amusing about making characters who would never be caught dead doing this get up and dance to that insane song. Holy crap!

I don't think anyone has, no. XD They also missed the clothes he was wearing in the first part of naruto -- it's similar to his kid clothes but the colors are different as far as i can recall -- and what he was wearing during the hospital fight, and his brand new sleeveless black kimono-like top and short gloves... let's assume the new white shirt is under the akatsuki cloat ATM and that doesn't count as two outfits >.>
