How should I deal with the crossover page? i've got the HP/naruto at hogwarts already up, should I leave them on the naruto page, or move them to the crossover page, or copypaste so all the crossovers are listed on both original fandom + the crossover page? urgh. I think i'll move the Team Seven at hogwarts stuff and... should I leave a link on top of each single!fandom page... *nurgleflop* x___x

So first, it's a real-life AU. Sakura is a surgeon (or in training or something), Naruto is... I dunno, and anyway they're getting married. They're all that's tender and funny and supportive and friends-in-love yay.

So they're on their honeymoon at some kind of resort.

Then they meet Sasuke, who is the ... manager/owner's son or something.

Then he seduces them both, though it's really more of a case of letting them chase him until he catches them.

Naruto and Sakura feel immensely guilty toward each other, especially since at first they don't know they're not the only one who's having straying thoughts, but Sasuke just fascinates them. Then when they learn it IS mutual, there's some hurt feelings but they decide, hey, they're otp forever anyway so, um, they'll just allow themselves this one hot fantasy/present to each other and then they'll just keep it as a fun memory of the hottest honeymoon ever. Yeah. Or something.

Then once it ends and they go back home they realize they can't stop thinking about him. Because between them they have love and support and fun, but mystery and intensity and passion, not so much.

So the second part would be all about convincing Sasuke he does want more than a one-night-stand, because he has a lot of personal issues -- he misses when his family was still kind of poor because at least they were close to each other and now not only his family bonds are mostly impersonal and business-related but he feels like everyone he meets only wants him because he has a pretty face and a huge bank account and they'd attract attention at parties.

It's so completely cheesy, I can't get over it. XD Also it would be so FULL of lemons, I can feel my muse shriveling already.

The monsterblob thing is something I started as an exercise in laying out my plot in advance and keeping things concise and short. ideally, under three chapters. Aaaahahahahahahahahahahaha TEN PAGES OF NOTES ALREADY. And backstory! Poststory! blargh. T^T I'm jealous you can write by the seat of your pants actually. So jealous. My stories always turn into a horrible mess otherwise. T____________T

Teamwork was seven chapters with the epilogue, but I think the last two chapters were over 40 pages long each and perhaps more. x____x; oh self, what the heck.

Are you kidding? *envy* My notes extend to the next chapter AT MOST and most of the time i go HEY IT'D BE COOLER IF THIS HAPPENED INSTEAD. And then people keep telling me about how i write ~plot~ and ~suspense~ and i, actually, uh, have no idea what happens next either. (Actually, no, that's a lie, I know what happens up to the next chapter at most & then I change it anyway. *SHOOT SELF IN THE FOOT*)

How the hell do you write such long chapters. |: i cry when mine break 6k. TOO LONG.

... Err. I'm not going to tell you I didn't get that. But that's how I mostly plan my stories too. (And then get bored, bang my head against the wall and forget about writing. I can't write without an end in sight, and I can't write the end without a middle already done. -.-)

Well, Sasuke's flirting is probably the smirk, smirk, don't-you-secretly-think-I'm-sexy type, and Naruto's probably the I-think-you're-real-hot-but-what-are-you-blinking-at-me-for type. XD And i can see the end! Naruto and Sakura drag Sasuke back with them and he's all "WTF?! I didn't sign up for this bonding thingy!" and they go, you mess with us, you have to keep messing with us, evil grins.

ZOMG, the next Naruto chapter's out!

(And the first thing I do is come here for your crit- phear my coolness -_-;)

1) Student that I am, I have plenty of free time at the moment. I would totally beta anything for grammar, but characterization, not so much. Especially since I'm not in the FF7 fandom. (...I watched Advent Children. That's the grand extent of my knowledge.)

2) How are you coding your website? I would recommend keeping all of your stories, period, in one folder, so their address - absolute location - doesn't bother you. Then have links to them from each page involving them - both their fandoms in the case of your dilemma. This should eliminate the need for your crossovers page, though you can still have that for the convenience of your readers. Also: I recommend you check out a program called SeaMonkey if you're doing all that html manually. If it's only simple stuff it can speed you up dramatically. Again, I have lots of free time, so if you want help I'd be more than glad to offer mine.

3) ...I love your plunnie. Especially the explanation of Sasuke's attitude. A lot of AU-type things just ignore the whole, y'know, massive trauma that so much of his personality is based off of entirely. It's awesome that you offered some comparable event in this life without it being a psycho brother and a foster home. It'd be even more awesome if you wrote this! (And, well, yes, the lemons would be awesome too.)

2) The coding is super easy, I have a program for it that makes it so it's just about *select, hit italics button, yay italics. select...* , it's just REALLY tedious. (I didn't make my site, a friend made it for me years ago. I just know how to update it.) As for the crossover page, I need it because I just have too many fics and if I don't sort them out into smaller categories I get totally lost in them. I've never counted my fics but if I have over a hundred and fifty (some of them multiparts too) I wouldn't be surprised. So the files are in the same folder, but when you're on the site you have to go to different pages to find the lists for them. Otherwise it's just a mess.

3) Oh, the Sasuke, he's so... Sasuke, and yet so different. This one, for example, knows how to smile and be polite. He knows it for the same reason canonsuke knew Katon -- his father expected him to learn it. He never means the polished, practiced smiles though. It's more like "yes, i'm listening. i'm listening to your money sliding into my bank account because you can't see past my face and how jealous your girlfriends would be if you showed up to that party on my arm." The goal is to keep the character's reaction to things, yet make the things in questions different, so the reaction differs too but the underlying reasons for them are still IC. It's... complicated. XD; Anyway underneath it all Sasuke is still introverted; he just learned to play a role. (much like he learned to lie to Orochimaru, for example.)

(also this Sasuke is really bored without a huge driving goal in his life. XD He's very, VERY frustrated with his current empty, meaningless, money-centered life, hence why he wastes time kinda-flirting with Naruto and Sakura -- they're challenging him. ... damn it, i'm getting plotbunnies. Nooooo D: )
