Now, envisioning a scenario in which Sakura was forced to grope Hinata to properly apply her healing chakra, then quickly had to gives mouth to mouth rescuscitation because she wasn't breathing, then had to grope her and give her mouth to mouth because she was fading fast....and had to use her tongue to apply healing chakra to her damaged lungs because her hands were still occupied with groping....now, that would be perverted. Fortunately, no one here is thinking like that so we're good.

What about the part where it's a total full-body injury and there just isn't time to waste with doing it a bit at a time with two hands? So Sakura is forced to hold herself along Hinata's body and grope and give mouth-to-mouth and there is boobsquishage?

It is a great relief to me that no one here is of such a base and perverse mindset as to relish such a scenario as I outlined above. Nor, of course, would anyone be interested in expanding that scenario as follows: Sakura, having treated innumerable injuried parties before trying to save Hinata, finds her efforts to save her life successful, but that the strain of channel such a focused and applied amount of chakra into her finger tips for a prolonged time frame has exhausted her ability to draw and manipulate the nature of the chakra properly in her hands. Hinata has innumerable injuries left all over her body, injuries that could be infected or cause severe blood loss if they are left unattended. As a dedicated medical ninja, Sakura would have no choice but to continue healing her patient, even if now she can only channel chakra into her tongue.

And of course, the above scenario being so offensive, we would not even deign to consider the further extension of that scene, in which Hinata moaning and blushing regains consciousness. And in that moment, Sakura realizes that Hinata has internal injuries in her lower abdomen sustained from Pain's Dues Ex Fuckyouall Gravity Attack. The one way to treat such a condition, of course, is to administer a large amount of chakra orally as she did to treat Hinata's lungs previously, channeling the healing through her mouth and down her throat to the site of injury. But, unfortunately these are more severe injuries, which will require a much more prolonged, intense, and deep "administration" of the chakra. Also, for the technique to be of maximum effectiveness, it will need to utilize the orfice closest to the site of injury as the medium to channel the chakra through.

Of course, given how much chakra all this requires, Sakura may well exhaust her supply just as she finishes the healing, perhaps endangering her own life. The only way to save her, naturally, is for Hinata to infuse her with chakra using her Hyuuga techniques....but the only way to provide a large enough 'dose' is to administer it in a fashion quite similar to Sakura's methods. But such a technique could reopen her wounds! In which case, Sakura would have to step in...and this cycle would go on for a little while. This scene would have to end, of course, with Naruto and/or Ino taking all this end, then frantically looking for a way to lose as much chakra AND sustain the severest injury they could as quickly as possible.
