still alive. still unconnected. i'm borrowing my uncle's computer under the excuse of doing something job-search related. (well ok i'm doing both. shh.) bitches at the internet company told us "a few days" but what they meant is ABOUT TWO WEEKS.

i die. i diiiiiiie. still havent watched or read manga/anime eps and i don't have any time to catch up now auuuugh. *withdrawal pangs*i wrote, but didn't complete anything, more like i did a little bit of everything, poked at every single fic i currently like and even at goddamn Heero's Week. yeah, GW porn, i'm that desperate. nothing postable yet though, but i guess i have time left auuuuuuuugh.

also for those who care i hurt my back moving boxes and for a few days i couldn't even get up from my bed without help but i'm almost all better now. *whines anyway* my fault for carrying around tons of heavy boxes.

waugh. okay time to get offline. T^T

Not sure if this helps now, but if you have a cell phone (or know somebody who has a cell phone)...sometimes you can use them as a modem. Some carriers require you to have an internet feature or a data device (usually internet features can be added for a short period of time, too, without extending contracts)...and I'll be honest, the connection usually isn't that fast...but it's still internet connection!

Just google (or use your favorite search engine) the device model with "as a modem" behind it and it usually will bring up some decent instructions. (or send me an email, I might be able to dig some up for you ^_^)
