Con was nice. I'm not into cosplay, and movie previews in tiny, otaku-filled rooms are uhhmaybei'lllookituponlinelater, but it was fun chatting with friends and new people at the stand. ^^ I was so good about not spending anything, though -- and then I was innocently walking around and OH HAY BERSERK ON SALE oh surely I'll glance at the first one quickly and then decide it's not for me.

Yeah, I basically go to cons now just to see and hang out with people. The attractions, with rare exceptions, don't really tickle my fancy that much anymore.
