It's been a while! WHY COULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN LONGER.
Part of a review for the cyborg fic:

WHO TOPS DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER TO THIS STORY. But since several of you seem to wonder about it day and night, I'll be nice and summarize the clues so far :
Naruto's had sex before. Sasuke doesn't even know why sex is interesting. Naruto's had balls and been playing with them all his life. Sasuke isn't even equipped yet. Naruto's the one who flirts.
