XD pretty much always have. Naruto and Sakura have a fun, sweet, easy relationship, and as part of the OT3 I like to see them interacting, but without Sasuke there somehow, it just... Doesn't work. They both want him too much, taking away their desire to have Sasuke back would take away a too big part of their characters. Whereas Sasuke and Sakura can have their tragic angsty trying-to-heal lovething without Naruto being romantically involved with either of them, since he's already BFF with both. And I do think SasuSaku will be canon at some point. :3
It's just... I like exclusive NaruSasu a lot more than either of them. XD Besides NaruSasu can be angsty as hell AND violent. I just can't see Sasuke being violent with Sakura. Like. Ever.
But even with ze RAWR!yaoi, I always have to go "but what does Sakura feel about it" and in the end OT3 is better all around, even if I tend to favor the boys' side. XD

If/when she finally figures out how Naruto gets under his skin (obnoxiousness + competitive instince), she's quite capable of doing all the same things, and meaning them.
I don't think it'd take long for Sasucakes to forget who he was dealing with and react on instinct/pride/temper and start snarling back.
And shortly thereafter, he fetches against a convenient rock, sits up, spits out a tooth, and the fight is on.

You are one of the few people (and by few I mean perhaps two) in the universe who can make me accept Sakura with only one of either of her boys. It's so hard to find good fic where she's with one, but the other is well-characterized and present regardless of his lack of involvement romantically. Actually, that's a problem with only narusasu/sasunaru as well, only with Sakura being poorly characterized or left out of their lives. *sigh* I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and admit I'm never gonna like any of the three combos more than the OT3. What hardship. ;D

It sort of pains me to think that sasuke and sakura are all lovey dovey and naruto is just in the background smiling at them. Even when they pair him up with hinata, i have nothing against hinata i like her actually but naruhina just feels wrong to me. And i just cant imagine narusaku without sasuke being the cause of it. I mean sakura spontaneously realizing that she doesnt have any feelings towards sasuke anym0re and head overheels inlove with naruto is just....

Bwee! Another convert for the OT3~ Though really SasuSaku is probably the option that would hurt less, because even if Naruto is romantically involved with Hinata, his teammates are always going to have these incredibly strong bonds with him. (bbbbbut. T_T nuh! he needs to have sex with them too ;_; Maybe hinata wouldn't mind sharing... 9_9;;;;; )

and i feel like its unfair for hinata to be at level with sasuke and sakura(most especially sakura) for naruto's uhhh... Love? As you've said they have this really strong bond that i think only team 7 possess. And i think that that bond might make hinata feel insecure/jealous. Or something which in my tragic mind could imagine be the cause of the naruhina relationships' demise...(still irrelevant)

I just, uh. Sketch? XD;;; And then I scan. And then whee photoshop.
I'm starting to use more layers -- before I only used one, but when coloring without closed lines, (like I did before when I inked my stuff -- i used the magic wand to select a zone and then I filled it) it's helpful to have several, so you can make sure the original sketch isn't erased and fix a spill without damaging another color zone. Like... the body. It goes all colored in the same basic color, then I do some quick cell-shading on it, and then I use the blurring tool to blend them into each other. As for the hair, same thing, except I use burn and -- uh what's the other one, dodge? -- to add little hairs to it.
One day I'll stop being lazy and make a tutorial. XD;;

I am one of those too who believe that SasuSaku will either be canon at some point or hinted at to be canon (you know Kishi, he rather likes hinting things than make open facts ^-^). Actually I would prefer the hinting, so NaruSasuSaku can still be interpret in the ending and that would rule >w<.

I thought the "girl admiring the main hero from afar" was one of those popular clichés that you can find in almost every anime/manga and that never gets resolved anyway (just look at Love Hina or Pita Ten).
Sorry but I don't see how this is ever going to happen with the little screentime Hinata had and still has (wasn't she like only two pages in part 2 of the manga so far ?). So I am really curious to know what makes you assume this will happen because I never thought of it as a serious possibility.

Anyway! As for NaruHina. I should make a real essay one of these days, but i'm lazy. XD So here's a quick list.
1) the focus of the manga is teamwork and friendship, not love, so it's normal that love isn't as developed. What matters more is that Hinata is already in love (not a crush -- I don't see why Kishi would bring it up again after the timeskip, when Lee's feelings were entirely erased, even though his claims of devotion to Sakura were even stronger pre-timeskip than Hinata's to Naruto) and that Naruto at least thinks well of her. He just has more important stuff to do right now, so he's not thinking of her as a girl with real boobs just yet.
2) Naruto will have his happy ending because he's the hero and this is a shounen manga. This implies that he'll end up either Hokage or on the path to becoming Hokage, that Sasuke will be back in Konoha and healing (or at least that he died a hero, though I find this one less likely but that might be my sasuke-fangirl side talking), and that he'll get a caring, loving girlfriend as a kind of topping on his happy ending sundae.
-he doesn't need sakura to be in love with him to be happy since they're already great friends and he doesn't resent her for loving Sasuke best. (I can expand a bit on that if you're interested XD;;;)
-Sasuke needs personalized attention to heal and would be very jealous and lonely if Sakura and Naruto were all lovey dovey,
-for the structure of the tale to stay balanced, naruto and sakura can't hook up for the same reason Harry and Hermione didn't hook up -- Ron/Sasuke would be relegated alone to the second rank while the main boy and main girl took up the first rank. Naruto is the Hero, therefore Sasuke and Sakura must remain of equal importance to him for the story to stay balanced.
--> Sakura's probably not going to be his girlfriend. Therefore he needs someone else to be his girlfriend. And Hinata has already proved that she was steady and honest in her love since she loved him when everyone thought he was an obnoxious little pest. So why not her? He likes the type of underdog who tries to get better, already. He approves of her attitude. And it would be very cute.
... as the main ship in a romance novel it would bore me to tears. But as an element of the perfect ending, I can see her as the loving, devoted, supportive wife to him very easily.
... all that is if Kishi decides on real ships. XD I'd like it better if he kept it vague and open-ended, too. But frankly, Hinata gets almost no screentime because ultimately, the story just isn't about romance. At least not for Naruto. His friends come first, whether they're screwing or not. ^^
