I've been trying not to bitch about art thieves so much because most of them really aren't worth it; they post my stuff, someone finds them and tells me, they whine that their mom/teacher/probe-wielding alien best friend did it, I get them banned, the end. Nothing very froth-worthy.

But in about three weeks.

This is the fifth one.

5. As in, five. Art thieves. Different art thieves. In three weeks (and a couple of days). That's under a month.

On their own they're really boring and generic thieves, but when I look at the statistics... Is there an art thief convention going on, or what?



yeah, your friend totally draws like me, sora-ko, kiwifluff and fanartist all together. And his pics just happen to be identical to their most widely known pieces AND my bazilion of old, sucky original and GW sketches. And the names of your OCs just happen to be one letter apart from mine on top of having the same face. Of course, honey.

I've stumbled upon your art randomly during slideshows on youtube-- I didn't know if you gave the makers permission to use them or not, or even if it would bother you, just so you're aware.

On a further note~ I don't understand art thieves. It disgusts me how they can take credit for something someone else did. I don't get it--- Why doesn't it eat away at them? I would never even think of stealing praise for something I didn't do myself.

Though I'm but a mere lowly lurker and you hardly know me, I wish to wholly agree with you that any thief, not just art thieves, but also story, concept, animation, and character thieves are the most retarded people on the planet (next to a few choice American celebrities). I want to offer you a virtual pat on the back and "aw-I'm-sorry-people-are-bitches"s as well.

Sad thing is, I actually had a friend like that, who'd give the exact same excuse. "Oh, my mom wrote it. And, you see, her character's name is Alicia, while yours is Alice! Totally different." And I told them you beter stop before you get your ass banned from all artistic sites on the history of the internet. And then they stole my characters. And there was murder in the night.

So, sorry for you, and I don't think it's going to stop, for where there is internet there are retards, but we can always wish that someday that will be untrue.
