snow!

It's snowing! Only last week it was around 12 to 15° C -- that's 53 to 59°F for you americans. And now the sky is all grey, and large, fluffy snowflakes are twirling in the updrafts.

...What the hell, season. It's normal for february, but three weeks ago there were still people swimming in the sea. How did the temperature drop so fast? D:

Oh well. Snow!!!

In other news, one of my readers is planning on translating Teamwork into Italian. @__@ Whee! Courage, Marina! ^^ I'll link when it's posted. ^___^

And Fuyu-no-Gekkou is making a doujinshi out of my crack Sakura/Hinata OTP one-shot. First two pages are here and here.

Zomg, the same thing happened here. Two weeks ago, it was nice enough to wear shorts and tank tops. One week ago, the day school started back and we had to start walking ten minutes to each class, it dropped to about 20 degrees (F). In one day. WTF?

We got about a foot of snow (about 30 cm), last week. And the rest of the province (British Columbia)think we're wusses. We're sitting at 0 degrees C right now. Can't complain, so far this winter the lowest we've gone is -20. Pretty mild, all things considered.

*imagines warmer places*

Two words that will tell me my guess for the reason behind this unusual change:

Global Warming

-goes off to read the doujinshi-

Where global warming makes a house-call, and new souls can be corrupted by fandom

I just got internet back from the evil forces of the blizzard. (very-muchness not fun; cabin fever for a WEEK!) Snow here seems...unnatural. Yeah, it gets really cold, but... snow? Brrr...
How did the temperature drop so fast? I'm thinking freeze-ray on the blink. Or a conspiracy by the Swiss ski-lodge owners to stay in business, but that seems unlikely.
That would be great news if I spoke Italian, but as it is I am woefully mono-linguistic. :'(
Doujinshi FTW.

The weather is getting nuts. Last year it snowed in my home town, in february. I mean, I had never seen snow on my roof, it was nuts. It snowed in Algarve!

This year's shaping up to be the same. At least we're getting rain and low temp at the same time. *looks up to the sky hopefully*

Teamwork in Italian?! Wow. I would try and translate it to my language, but the task is fairly daunting. Both the size and the original quality makes for one very nervous translator. ^_^
