His left upper arm is a bit long, I think - from that angle, the elbow should be barely visible if at all - and the knees are maybe a touch too, um, rounded? Should show up a little more clearly, crisply. Otherwise, it's extremely well done.
Congratulations. You have cast all my efforts at art in the shade. ^_^
Ja, -n (*waiting with bated breath for Naginata!Samurai!Sakura*)
Concerning reference pics - I lost my copies of the scanslated manga to an HD crash, and anyway you'd probably have a better idea where to look for Sakura pics than I would, but I've found a couple useful shots of naginata stances...
This site (http://www.naginata.org/shingetsukai/photos.html) seems to be the web presence of a North American branch of one of the older and more prestigious Japanese naginata schools; pics four through six look particularly likely to me.
I have no idea what language this is (http://www.budo.se/vara_idrotter/reportage/naginata.html)... but it has action shots, so... *shrug*
You'd know better than I (http://kirmaha.mordalia.net/index.php?r=p&p=naginata), since I only speak enough French to recognize the immeasurable depths of my own ignorance.

Pretty statue (http://www.studiosl.com/assets/images/Naginata-w-frame.jpg)!
Another (http://www.naginata.org/background.html) section of the same domain as the first site, with several neat-looking poses.
Lights, camera, <a href="http://www2.wbs.ne.jp/~nck/suiou/photo/naginata.jpg>action</a>! ... That's the first couple pages worth of google's image search, anyway. Hope it helps. Ja, -n
