note to self...

... self, next time your back hurts down there 'round the kidneys in the morning, don't blame a sleeping position that usually doesn't give half as much problems as boobage says it should. Just remember that it was the same kind of ache last time, and the time before that, and the time before that, and that it's all the warning you'll get, and don't be caught unaware again. rrgh.

Well at least it somewhat explains why I've been so quick to get snarky in the last week. Stupid surprise!period. =__=

No... wait... I just did, belatedly. T_T I shouldn't be allowed on the net before I've really woken up in the morning *scuttles off*

All mood swing related problems can be solved with ice cream and porn. ^^

Eighty-five percent of slash writers would probably disagree. :P

Fic writers, your thoughts on anal intercourse GO
"spit and blood make it okay!" argues rabid fangirl fic writer on left
fic writer on right supplies their opinion on that with: "ew yaoi" D:

I rest my case >_>

you girls get it once a month. Us guys have to deal with the daily embarresment of random boners in public! But yeah I have to sympathize with you girls since I saw the hell my sister had to go through each month.

[identity profile] everyheart.livejournal.com 2006-10-11 09:50 pm (UTC)(link)
That's what you guys get for being so perverted yeah, and us girls aren't -cackledie-!

Ew, I feel for you though. D= -sends over basket of Godiva Chocolates (BEST. EVER.)-

And I definately get the whole thing about forgetting ALL THE SIGNS. But then I just take it out on my mom. And that random dude on the sidewalk. And so on. >D

Blah...me too. *hugs tummy <- is in pain*

I never got cramps until my last year of high school. Seems like my best friend [who had to stay home the first few days of her period and take prescription medication for the pain and nausea] rubbed off on me. *>.<*

Now, I get cramps the day before, and they stay for about two/three days in; all the warning I used to get was a slight darkening of urine and a "sinking" feeling in my stomach the night before it would arrive. I miss those days.

At least I'm regular. It's pretty much like clock-work. *>.<*

*hugs and love and chocolate and porn*

Feel better, love!

Vale!

~ Monique ~

PS "and blood is a sucky lubricant. ...Mm, TMI. *cough*" <- *dies of teh laugh*

Holy shit woman, that really is bad luck.
You don't get strange eating desires, as if you were pregnant?

One advice: DON'T EVER EAT CHILLI! It only makes it WORSE.

*gives plenty of painkillers, chocolate, lub and pr0n*

[identity profile] windandwater.livejournal.com 2006-10-11 08:23 pm (UTC)(link)
SO I CAN BLAME YOU FOR THIS FEELING.

Nooooooooes, I can't have mine yet. I have... an interview! And a fancy party!

poor dear :( we're playing cycle wars at work right now - nothing like getting sucked into other peoples cycles *shakes fist at large contingent of female coworkers*

chocolate is food, especially with fritos!

Were you caught wearing white pants? That's a big nono.

[identity profile] ryouseiteki.livejournal.com 2006-10-11 11:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Mine's really random, but my signs are the kind that punch you in the face. ._.;;

A week before my period I get reallyreally depressed. I mean, watterfall-tears emo depressed. Then, a few days before, I get horrible cramps (my mom's side *shakes fist*). I guess I'm also a bit lucky since mine tend to start light. It's my second and third days in that I need to change my tampon like every 3 hours. >.<

Good thing is, on the opposite side of the month from my period I get like insanely happy. For no particular reason I'll go around smiling this big goofy grin. My friends said that they're used to my mood swings now, but I worried them for awhile. XD

*sends toiletries and a stuffed bear to hang on to for cramps*

I have a floofy dog to clutch at when my cramps start up. ^^ My teachers let me kinda curl up with him in my seat. (at first they were like "why arn't you paying attention rawr", meh-> "I am I am owwies ;__;") They're okay about it now since it's either that or nurse/home. xP

::random delurk::

Hey... Cheese has the same Happyness!chemical in it that chocolate has in it. So I usually grab a hunk of cheese when chocolate is unavailable.

thought you might like to know.

welcome!

I have nothing to offer but hope.

While I concede that each woman's body is different than the others, I discovered over time that my cramping lessened in length and intensity. The same was also to be said in terms of my period. Now, instead of the eight plus days of suffering I had to go through in my adolescent years, I only have to endure two to four. ^^

But on the flip side, I'm that much closer to menopause. Dammit.
