Yeah, that's what I've been thinking, too. It's unusual for the episode titles to be released this far in advance, and it seems unlikely, given the summary for 199 (http://forums.narutofan.com/showpost.php?p=4875894&postcount=66), that 200 would leap right into Gaiden. :\
