Ummm... people, may I point out here that he was asleep? And forcefully broke a binding jutsu (from what Sai said) in a manner that turned his bedroom into a crater? *smirks* That's not the way he normally dresses, going by the silhouette we've seen. His normal shirt is currently draped around his waist, I think. ^_^

Although actually, it's a rather fun look, all things considered. :-P And the reactions (by both Naruto and Sakura, and the WTF reaction of the internet community) are so much fun. *grins*

Sasuke is back!!! So you know that I had to run out quickly and download this chapter :D

Umm, I don't think that Sasuke usually wears his clothes like that, I agree with proanon and gothicstargrl he was asleep so the shirt is tied around his waist, his silouette before shows him wearing proper shirt and pants. :) AND this must be fanservice after all the teasing that we suffered.
I also think that he hurriedly tied on the bow and shirt as he attacked Sai. !!

My Mom thinks the outfit is symbolic of Sasuke's current state. He's half light and half dark, meaning he could go either way; his open shirt signifies an open heart, that he'll go with the flow, whichever way it's going, again, he can go either way.

It doesn't make complete sense to me, but it makes a fair degree of sense, and it makes the wacky outfit not so wacky.

It's no surprise to me that only Orochimaru's mark remains, but was Kakashi's seal destroyed during Sasuke's big fight with Naruto?

It isn't stated explicitely in the series, actually. ^^;

It only worked so long as Sasuke willed it to work, so basically the first time he tried to call on the curse seal anyway, it went boom. I'm not sure it came back afterwards on its own (he has it at the hospital after his encounter with Itachi and the filler that shouldn't exist), because it had only been bypassed and not destroyed, but whether Kakashi reapplied it or it came back on its own when Sasuke was calmed down, I think the second he went second level of curse seal it was gone for good. Kakashi isn't strong enough to make anything able to resist that kind of power. u.u
