well.

Time to go to that interview.

NOOOONONONONONO I DON'T WANNA NOOOOO.

*skeered* T_T

hey, body. Just one question.

six months without. six. SIX.

WHY DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY PERIOD NOW. asshole. *cramping, motherfucker*

edit: back~ phew. I survived. *feels silly for panicking* the woman was nice. ^^;

It's not really for a job, it's for paid training in ... graphic design? art stuff on computer. XD one problem is that the training center is far enough from home that I would have to move for the seven-to-ten months needed to complete it. They provide free housing... but i'm pretty sure it doesn't come with internet, and I wouldn't have enough money to come back home every weekend. or even once a month. T_T noooooo. =_= and on a more fandommy note, no personal computer either = no writing. no writing = ded asuka. WOE.

So i'm accepted if I want to go... but in the end i'm not sure i want to go. *siiiigh*

Stress + time without = period + cramps liek woah.

You can do it! it's not like you're gonna be in there forevar it'll just feel like it while yer there. you can do it! *fangirl cheerleading*

[identity profile] animeprincess.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 10:34 am (UTC)(link)
Oooo. that sounds lucrative. just keep a sketchbook by you to keep the ideas flowing, though, cause otherwise you get writer's block BAD.

i fully support whatever you decide to do, but if i were you, i'd take the training/job-thing.

*serves tea, since that helps cramps* *loves*

[identity profile] gothicstargrl.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 06:17 am (UTC)(link)
You'll do fine~ ♥♥♥ Think of the cramps as cosmic sign saying "everything will turn out okay". (And if--universe forbid--things don't go well, I'll make five icons for you and send Team 7 pr0n along with your book. ♥)

[identity profile] gothicstargrl.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 12:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Yay~ Glad it turned out well! (In response to the edit: I'd ask them and make sure they have or don't have Internet connection. I'd like a to think a place teaching graphic design offers at least dial-up, heh. And failing that, I can always send you a few big notebooks to fill up with writing stuff. ♥)

I was planning on that. *grin* (It'll be on nice sketchbook paper and everything. XD)

[identity profile] rurounitriv.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 07:00 am (UTC)(link)
Good luck!

I can so feel for you.

Three months nothing...on the plane to Detroit for an 8 hour international fight...the bitch makes an apperence, and I was wearing Kakis.

But fret no my fellow fangirl...just check out the latest chapter of Naruto and you will forget all about it because....

SASUKE IS OUT OF THE SHADOWS!!!!!!!!!!44 and I don't want to spoil the details^_^

*Not

I hate typos

[identity profile] proanon.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 11:55 am (UTC)(link)
...I don't suppose you could tell me where you find the chapters so early, could you? *big, piteous eyes*

[identity profile] arinan.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 09:28 pm (UTC)(link)
There are several sites, but narutosubs.com is usually pretty good.

[identity profile] arinan.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 09:29 pm (UTC)(link)
drat, I'm stupid. Sorry, just noticed that you were already given a site.

[identity profile] munky-of-magyar.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 12:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Well we can be happy that the ass-bow isn't cannon...well sort of

[identity profile] proanon.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 11:50 am (UTC)(link)
Nice to know I'm not the only one whose body decides to skip periods for a long time.

Paid training in graphic design? Now that just sounds cool. And look at it this way - they HAVE to provide you with computers, in that case. And the computers probably have internet access. And they can't be TOO draconian about "THESE*COMPUTERS*ARE*ONLY*FOR*TEH*GRAPHICS*WORK*OMG", right? Even if you don't have home internet, you should have access SOMEWHERE.

I really hope. :-P Seven-to-ten months of no Asuka snark would make me sad. :-P

No computer = writing by hand? That's what I do, at least.

Woo-hoo! *pounce* Thank youuuuuu... Want me to translate a page in exchange or something? Not that there's much dialogue TO translate.

[identity profile] proanon.livejournal.com 2006-05-12 11:23 am (UTC)(link)
Name a page. ^_^ Or you can save it for later chapters. :-P

I don't know exactly what your current resources are (or what effort your parents could make), but maybe you could buy a secondhand laptop ? You don't exactly need something powerful in order to run a word processor.

I think you should give it a try... leaving home is not that bad, really. I was barely 18 when I had to - for studying - and kinda afraid of it in the beginning, but very quickly I enjoyed the freedom ^^ (not having parents after your back all the time can be pretty refreshing sometimes)

[identity profile] proanon.livejournal.com 2006-05-12 11:27 am (UTC)(link)
Ow. That does change matters a little bit. Ah, organizations can be so unreasonable...

I went without a period for about a year once - freshman year of college. After that, they've just tended to be at unpredictable intervals, which is annoying as all heck.

(...sorry about not responding more. Mildly sleep deprived at the moment, I think.)

[identity profile] proanon.livejournal.com 2006-05-12 01:21 pm (UTC)(link)
What's your dad say? That you should go?

(and, again, glad to know I'm not the only one. :-P)

Hey, that sounds pretty cool actually. Not having a computer would be rough, but you could always buy some notebooks to write in. ^__^

[identity profile] shadowweaver06.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 12:46 pm (UTC)(link)
Good luck with the job decision!

Also, at least now I know that I'm not the only one whose body decides to give my period the finger for several months at a time. I've had it where I didn't get it for eight or nine months once. And it was more than welcome to stay away.

But yes, long periods of time w/o the monthly bitch visit + stress = no fun. Mine decided to pop up during midterms last semester... but has not reappeared since.

Be thankful it didn't show up while you were out somewhere.

[identity profile] kiwi-socks.livejournal.com 2006-05-11 11:40 pm (UTC)(link)
I hope you figure the right decision :D

Maybe you could have an internet cafe fund? Put your spare change at the end of the day in a container, then use it on weekends? o.oa

[identity profile] stripedpetunia.livejournal.com 2006-05-12 02:46 am (UTC)(link)
The thing to know about periods is that they like to punctuate your life at the moments when you LEAST want them to. If you ever get married, dollars to donuts it will come to visit just in time. :p Even though I'm on the pill and that reins mine in to a specific week, when something important is coming up it never fails to be badly timed. ><

As for your internet dilemma, do libraries in France not have computers with internet for public use? If not, then boooooo.

*coughwritebyhandcough*

*angst*

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/tekko_/ 2006-05-12 04:49 am (UTC)(link)
No internet (shat, no computer) for...months? *twitchspazz* Well money is very good - then again it won't help if you go insane >.>;; Well it wouldn't be forever and in the end you'll have the experience to work (possibly at a place closer to where you are?). Worse comes to worse there's always the library?

You should go if that's what you want to do, even if there's no personal computer. So just bring lots and lots of paper?

[identity profile] kineko.livejournal.com 2006-05-13 12:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Poiurquoi tu m'as pas parlé de ca?!!!!! GROUMPH!
