I have to admit, I have an odd tendency to be drawn to 'reversed' pairings - NaruSasu rather than SasuNaru, SoraRiku rather than RikuSora (and DAMN is it hard to find that one ;_;) - just because there are slightly better odds of the characters being IC. And threesomes are a growing attraction with me. "NO! You CAN'T just drop Sakura/Kairi (or other character of your choice)! If you try, the other two will SMITE you! And she'd help!"
And... I confess, I haven't even TRIED looking at the Naruto FF.Net section. I just follow the favorites trail. :-P But I don't think FF.Net is all bad - you just need to develop a certain mental filtering system. "'True lo'... next. 'A mysterious girl'... next. 'OMG'... psh, NEXT. 'Years have passed since Sasuke vanished from Orochimaru's stronghold, but Naruto and Sakura aren't giving up yet!' Hmmm. Okay, I'm game... *click*"
As for Sasuke... I've come to the conclusion that I have a very odd interpretation of what's probably going to happen with him, so I'll just bow out of that side of the argument. And wait to see what Kishimoto has to say. :-P Or, maybe, one of these days I'll post that rant I was talking about... Heh. 'Emo,' to me, is a poseur - someone with massive entitlement issues who thinks that being dark and depressed is cool. Sasuke is introverted, driven, and psychologically MESSED UP. NOT emo.
