My Sasuke...

don't remember who suggested that -- but it was for iruka or something, but i love sasuke so sasuke it is. also im sleepy and want to sleep but can't yet so hnn random babble. feel free to ignore -- it's just how i view sasuke, my own fanon of him if you will.


-is more homosexual than heterosexual. but he never thinks about it because it doesn't matter in the end.

-is more strong-sexual than homosexual -- if the chick could beat him up or at least put up a good fight, he'd be bi for her. and if the guy can't even keep up for ten minutes with him, then he might as well be dickless as far as sasuke's concerned, no matter how hot he can be.

-secretly wishes that he could find someone who'd be strong enough to take control from him, because he's never going to trust anyone enough to let go on his own.

-still loves his brother, and hates himself for that. but he can't stop loving him, and it burns and tears -- and he knows he's stupid but he can't entirely squash the dream that one day the madness will end and he'll be his big brother again, even though he knows the man he called his big brother probably never existed anywhere but in his mind.

-has very vivid, inventive and coherent nightmares, due to having a very large area of his brain devoted to sight, and quite entangled with the part that calculates probabilities. sharingan and all.

-doesn't really plan on resurrecting his clan at all, on account of believing rather firmly that the final fight with itachi will also kill him. In fact whenever he starts brooding, he's kind of hoping for it.

-is extremely sensitive to any kind of touch on his curse seal.

-is incredibly uncaring and openminded about sex and what's socially accepted, but at the same time has incredible standards for people to practice sex with. meaning he doesn't care what you do so long as it doesn't concern him, but doesn't get to practice a lot himself.

-doesn't like sakura wasting her potential by staring at him adoringly -- he doesn't understand what she finds so alluring in him -- but would positively hate it if she lost her interest in him entirely.

-regrets that he can't take naruto and sakura along to where he's going.

Will it motivate you to write faster if I loudly speculate on Sasuke's bloody, tragic, final battle with Itachi, for which Naruto and Sakura arrive far too late to save him, consumed by the very power he sold his soul to get, or perhaps just taken down by the phallic chest-piercing blow he could have dodged, but chose not to, because he wants to die with his brother? Or the possible alternate ending, in which Naruto gives his life to save Sasuke's, but Sasuke is so soul-scarred and sad and weary that he simply disappears from Konoha, leaving Sakura alone to grieve her teammates forever, as she prepares to take on the mantle of Hokage in memory of her deceased friend?

Parts of this are so much my Sasuke as well - it's wonderful to find people who think of him like I do!

Except I see him more not wanting to drag Sakura and Naruto with him. Like when Sakura said she would come too, I think he thought about it for a moment and realised that he wanted those two to stay there, and be happy. That was as far as I thought, I never thought about him secretly wishing he could take them. *ponders*

It's so rare to find someone who agrees with you on characterisation. And even in 'ships, you see some people and the way they represent the dynamic between the two (or more >:D) characters... it makes you wonder if you're even reading the same series!

I like this idea, and I think you have made a good point with it. People tend to assume that one's major criterion for chosing people to sleep with is gender, always, even when that doesn't necissarily make sense. I like the idea that something else might be the basis of sasuke's sexuality, and it certainly makes a lot of sense when you think about his character.

I'm starting to wonder if there should be some sort of "Ten Commandments on Writing Uchiha Sasuke in Naruto fanfiction"; it would do wonders for the Naruto fanfiction society.
