This is very cute and sweet. I especially love how Sasuke and Sakure are supporting each other and the soft look on Naruto's face. Its also really cool to see someone willing to draw an exposed baby-belly!
That said: I don't believe a woman that far along would still the narrow waist from there rib cage to hip.
Sorry for randomly replying to your comment -- just mentioning that I've known a woman who kept a figure like that while she was pregnant. It was pretty crazy--if you just saw her from the back, you wouldn't ever think she was pregnant. The reason was that she was a professional dancer and kept dancing through the majority of the pregnancy... it was insane to watch her do a body roll. o_o anyway, sorry for butting in!
Also randomly replying... my sister's six months preggers and her figure is pretty close to Sakura's. Without working out. Must hate on the sister for a brief moment. *does so*

The list of things I like a lot lots: Sakura's hair, pants and belly. Sasuke's hair and pants and vest. Naruto's whole look makes me go "guh". Particularly the red arm/hand thing.
I don't know what it is, but there's something in this picture that makes me think that Sasuke's waiting for Naruto to molest him. It might be because both Sakura's and Sasuke's hands are behind their heads and they're leaning against each other as well as the fact Sasuke is right in Naruto's line of vision. There's also something in Sasuke's posture that's hinting at something... I don't know if that was intended, but that's the way I see it.
I love the relation between Sakura and Sasuke in this. ^_^ Sasuke seems a little stiff, but it makes me think that he's trying to support Sakura more than lean back on her, and that just makes me go, "aaaaw." And Naruto, to me, just seems so pleased that they're getting along so well. XD Or that could just be how I feel. In any case, I love the pic.

Sakura est géniale, leurs nouveaux looks super, surtout le sien, ca reste dans ses couleurs en changeant un peu de la robe ^^ Par contre, juste un détail, à partir du premier trimestre, ses seins auront la taille d'obus, quelque soit leur taille originelle. (les garçons vont être content, ca c'est sur ^^)
