Oho, okay this jutsu seems made to go against Uchiha. Basically it's a shockwave of vibrations and light that blinds you and makes you deaf and numb, and which basically seems distracting enough to break your hold on active jutsu. Kabuto has a snake's third eyelid and suigetsu's water transform ability, though, so he's fine. Okay, that was moderately smart.

Even without being an ItaSasu fan, after all that Susanoo-protecting/encircling hand and Sasuke's adorable faces/reactions all over (plus getting angry for Itachi being called a liar), you can't help going "aww brotherly love!" X3
It's a sad statement that their teamwork suffers since they haven't had time to known each other well, but they proved that they CAN work in tandem.
Your summaries are PURELY AWESOME. I cracked up a variety of times. XD You convey the point so succesfully, how do you do it? I firmly believe they should be made into compulsory readings...
