Huh, hadn't considered his age, but the SGers are a generally moral, law-abiding lot (when not blowing things up and/or rescuing teammates ;) ), maybe another alien would have a different standard for dating?
I've only seen the child-soldier angle addressed seriously two times in my forays into GW fic, but it is a rather important point I'd love to read more about. (Heero in therapy! Oh, the stony silence.)
Ancient gene!Heero? Personally, I'm against it. It would make him over-powered and place him very obviously, in the SG world, at least, as the "hero" (re: Jack and John). While he's similar to them in their anti-socialness, he doesn't strike me as the law-abiding, good guy type. He'll always be a merciless terrorist to me.
Or, for kicks and giggles, he might have had it before Dr. J messed around with his genes. I'd love to hear your ideas on it.
