I personally find villains one of the best parts of writing. I like the good characters naturally, but who would they be without the villains? Usually they'd be leading normal, boring little lives. Villains are the spice to fictional reality. :) Usually. I admit that some villains creep me out. Good luck with NaNo. I will be with you in the hell that is of our own creation.
