We kinda hope that the third choice has to do with Itachi and that crow Naruto swallowed. Maybe that is why he looked a little pregnant!

Wait what did the translators forget naruto's name or what. why just sakura. what.
I'm pretty sure that's the case, because I was sorta pissed off at that panel and checked the RAW. My Japanese skills may be pretty much non-existant, but I'm pretty sure that I'd be able to spot the katakana for Sakura's and Naruto's names and they're both there in the RAW.

Reading your thoughts about the chapters is extremely enjoyable. :)

This chapter was epic. I'm glad Kakashi realizes that Sasuke was a victim as well, but I wish he had said it out loud. I think it would have helped...make Naruto want to cuddle Sasuke more. And Sakura finds out that they were keeping secrets! God, they treat that girl like glass. So far she and Kakashi are the only one acting like the ninja that they are. Crafty move, poisoning the kunai.

If it makes him pass out of something I will be furious.

And Karin finally says "I'm done with this!" Good girl!

I really don't think Sasuke wants to have to kill them, despite what he says. I see it as the unreliable-narrator angle. We don't get to be in his head except for when he makes the random "DANZO! DIE!" thoughts, and I don't think he's entirely stable. Hasn't been for a long time. He attacked Sakura, twice, but didn't kill her. I think he could have if he had put his all into it, Kakashi or no Kakashi. And he TELLS Naruto what that he's going to attack someone! Ninja who want to kill a person do not tell people they want to kill the person.

And he tells Naruto "be a HERO and kill me or be one of my victims". He's unintentionally giving Naruto the opportunity to become the village's hero and therefore make his life better. Poor, poor unhinged boy.
