Actually, I think the lightning fits Sakura. I'm not all clued up on Kakashi's Raikiri jutsu, but doesn't it require more control than large amounts of chakra? I could be wrong. Even so, there are so many different ways someone like Sakura, who has a small chakra reservoir, could make use of a little static-sized lightning ... closing blood vessels during surgery t slow blood loss ... cauterizing wounds in the field, when she needs to conserve chakra ... think about it! Mini-lasers! Being able to go where even a scalpel can't!

Sakura should bash Kakashi over the head until he agrees to teach her Raikiri!
