But, neglecting your L&S stories, what did you think when people started writing and expanding the Saki-verse?

XD No real idea. Let's say that they didn't get to sleep long enough by far. And, well, Sasuke and Sakura did kinda pass out when he was busy with the other one; Naruto just, um, woke them up. >_____>;;

I don't really think he would -- he might sometimes look, but he loves sasuke and sakura and he doesn't want to just sleep around for the pleasure of it, so simply finding someone attractive wouldn't make him ask them. And they come first so unless he knew they also loved that new person and would want him/her being taken care of and loved (even if they didn't wish to love him/her themselves) he wouldn't suggest it. if he falls in love with a third person at this point it's going to be "yeah, i love you, but they were here first so nothing is going to happen unless it won't hurt them." And he'd make very, very sure they know they come first for him and he's not falling out of love with them.

But, he's a hornball, so he'd have tons of fantasies. >:3

Kakashi I think is a semi exception; in a way he's already part of them. I'm not sure naruto actively lusts after him, but he could probably manage to get it up. Just, he doesn't really think of Kakashi like that at the moment. (... Sasuke and Sakura both kind of do, though -- in a purely "sexy mysterious powerful man who taught me during my formative puberty years and i still wonder what he's hiding behind all those layers of thick clothes" way. >_________>)

So Naruto in the morning was probably still awake and getting ready for the next round.

Oh yeah, you always have a crush on the teacher. It's kinda amusing that Naruto being the one who is the Hornball is not crushing on Teacher. If Sasuke or Sakura (Speically after Thirdkid) brought it up to him do you think he'd go along with it if Kakashi showed any intrest (Or, you know, the three might make it their mission to MAKE him intrested.)

In training all three kids, who is the one who trains them, and how Open are the three parents to allowing other people to train them?

I was all kinds of exhilarated. Especially when I started getting fic from Maldoror and other authors I fangirl like a fangirly thing. Usually they were much funnier/more interesting/sharper than my own fic and played with the concept at angles that made me go "oooh that's so obvious and yet!" Because really some little part of me does love sasuke in a dress. >:D It was pretty epic.

Also it was encouraging a lot of people who don't usually write much or at all to crank out at least a quick drabble or even more, and i'm always for making other people write. Everyone should write! (It means more to read for me. u.u-b)

I don't know, by the third or fourth fic I felt more like I happened to land upon some kind of concept straight from the fandom's collective consciousness than like an author who was getting fanfic for her own story. People mostly built on the bare bones concept of saki-sasuke, and since that's the only thing worth keeping in that original trilogy...! It was all good.

Nah, he ended up crashing at some point too, but let's say they got to take naps between rounds and he didn't. Good thing he's a stamina beast. XDDDD

I think Naruto would say "why not" but he'd never be very "oooh sensei". As for kakashi, even if he did want in, he wouldn't let himself because they're his students. He has too many issues and he's been holding himself apart and mysterious for too long to let them in now, I think, unless something drastic happened... but to top everything that happened in canon, they're gonna have to work seriously. >_>;;

All three of them train with the kids, though Sasuke is the one who puts them through morning drills every day and taks it more seriously. naruto is more "oh hey i just remembered i know this trick, here let me show you" and then they end up right back where they started, roughhousing on the grass. Sakura doesn't know anything she can pass on -- her fine chakra control is innate and i don't think any of the kids have it, and all the other skills she has naruto and sasuke also have. though she does keep track of schoolwork.

of course the kids go through the academy and afterwards have jounin sensei etcetera, but before then it's more like doing sports with papa for fun and good health than like "omg we have to be jounin at 10 year old TRAINING ALL DAY".

Well, as Sasuke all but offered to let him join in in the Thirdkid fic. Undercover mission maybe? Sneaky Jumping of the Sensei? I think Kakashi is so used to being alone that he has trouble conecting with anyone, and his Cute-Little-Students, who realize this, adore him, and in much the same way Naruto and Sakura teamed up to drag Sasuke out of his shell, might see it as saving him. I think it'd probably start with one of them jumping him, but how would you see them dragging him in?

I'm very glad that you are not going the OMG!TRain rout. Sasuke is not his father.

Does Itachi ever meet the kids?

... I don't remember. @__@ I've just always liked creatures who are great and terrible and totally inhuman. So Kyuubi is... kind of evil, in a human way, but the beauty of it is that while he is indeniably sentient and perhaps even really crafty he doesn't think in a human way at all. And I just really love the idea of a creature that is totally wild, unstoppable and selfish, but also incredibly possessive, because if you managed to make it love you, well, that's pretty much the only way to tame it. The idea is pretty fascinating. (... Kyuubi isn't here yet. By far. Very far. XD He might never get to "love" actually, but as soon as I can get him to "mine" that will be close enough. He's still a fox, not a person, so that might be as close as he CAN get.)

As for the interaction with Naruto, I always found it kind of a waste of shiny in the manga that he would have a monster fox sealed inside him and yet we've seen him actually contact the fox maybe two times, the rest of the time he's just an excuse for chakra godmode. :-/ needed to be remedied!

Sasuke was joking because he knows Kakashi is still in denial about them knowing what sex is. XD;;; that's another issue they'd need to get past; for kakashi they're still his kids. he'd feel pretty icky. i think he'd need to have something happen that emotionally exhausts him, and his kids would pile up on him and cuddlelove him and he wouldn't be able to keep them emotionally away anymore! Yes, that could work. >___>

I agree on the love thing, possessive is about as close as Kyuubi will ever get, things like that dont love because I doubt animals, even ones as intelligent as the tailed beasts, have notions of love, or if they do, just see it as a weakness and point to manipulate (-coughshukakucough-), as you demonstrated with the scene in the soul rooms and Kyuubi pulled on Naruto's worry. It really is such a shame we dont get to see more of him, he's such a awesome manipulative bastard.

Sasuke was joking, but Sasuke only jokes with the full realzation that the person that he is joking with might take him serious. So I get the impression that he only offered because he was cool with the idea of Kakashi join his Harem, which probably meant that Naruto and Sakura were either ok with it or Sasuke aproved of it.

Restore is complicated for this meme because it's still very much a WIP, so there's a lot of what I know about the 'verse that might make it into the story eventually! Since, you know, most of it isn't written yet in the first place. XD; ~~And I still need to rewrite that stupid four people chat scene. Haaaate.~~

As for the Cloudette sequel, I have a few ideas -- basically the five of them have to go on a field trip to where the genderbending materia came from, because usually in that area there will also be animals/insects/plants that have naturally evolved to counteract the effects of the local materia. Since, well, Cloud isn't turning back on his own and they're afraid if Aeris zaps him again he'll end up a hermaphrodite.

I just can't hit my stride wth the humor -- writing humor is hard when you're not in the right mood! x_x -- and decide exactly what happens during the trip. Apart from zapping other people at the end, I haven't been able to decide. *very sad* if you have ideas, feel free to throw them at me and we'll see if anything bounces. Can't be worse than what i'm doing on my own, which is a whole lot of nothing. >_>;;;
