The one with the recolored hinata, from a while ago? yes, it's got sasuke in it and it isn't out yet. (If you mean the most recent credits, i'm afraid they're filler characters for the anime XD;;)

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING:
"Sasuke... I believe in/trust you."
"Naruto... you haven't changed at all." (With the implication of "you're stuck in the past.")

That link/chain/connection/bond/kizuna (yay, vague terminology), once again calls the two to battle.

LOOSE IMPLICATION: they're deliberately being very vague about whether they're fighting with or against each other. But I think most of us have drawn our own conclusions. ^_~
