The "Do you think Sai looks a little like Sasuke?" "No way! Sasuke looks tons cooler-- umm BETTER. I meant better!" scene will NEVER get old. Ever.

*ship ship* ohh the way Sakura is all ^-^ about Naruto's Sasuke!Fangirlism moment. see, she totally supports naruto having the hots for sasuke. go sakura go. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE MATCHMAKING!SAKURA WHO WANTS HER PAYMENT IN VOYEURISTIC MOMENTS.

Also, I love Sakura and Naruto's voices when they introduce themselves and they're all >__> at Sai. They sound so put-upon, hahaha. And there are some prettypretty moments... Tsunade's got nice boobs and funny faces, what else is there to ask for? And next week, a double-ep special for the hot springs!! *__* oh my. *fans self*

Also is it just me or was Kakashi really hot and about to be molested by Jiraiya in this episode. >.> Mmm manshoulders.

their expressions & tone o' voice just cracked me up. grumble, grumble, grumpy, hahahaha. though I still haven't figured out wtf is up with the closing credits, is it like the animators think that fangirling on sai in the closing that they'll make him more palatable to those viewers meeting him for the first time? because...no, it's not working, least not for me. sheesh.

Yeah. I think I listened to them at least ten times before letting it go on. Ohh the grumpy-growly tones. Awesome.

What bugs me the most about the ending is that Sai's allegiance is supposed to be suspect -- he might be a bad guy!! And he's definitely messed in the head at the start of the arc -- kinda creepy. But then you go to the ending and it's all Sai being cute and confused, Sai posing like an underwear model blahdiblah. That and the shots of Sai with team Seven in the intro... Hello suspense. *eyeroll* Not that it was immensely suspenseful to begin with but dude.

Blargh. There's still Sasuke's cameo, with all the pretty and the angst and stuff. Nothing can ruin that. Nothing. (oh yeah, and the four-tails and hanged!sai, i guess... >.>)
