*shudders* I remember my saga (I refer it to a saga, only without the Nordic poetry) getting connected. It's always nice when finding out that the modem company I was referred to doesn't do what it is supposed to. Also nice hanging up in the middle of me talking without a word. Gotta love the recorded message. On the upside, the actual internet company, or at least the phone centre person was very helpful even though it wasn't her duty.
