I need some computer help plz.

I don't know wtf is up with my folders, but every time I want to save or upload something, all the files that pop up in the "send file" window are IN REVERSE ALPHABETICAL ORDER. D:

They look just fine when I go through the "my documents" folder, but IE and firefox both pull them up in reverse order. When I click "sort by alphabetical order", they sort themselves out, but then when I close and open it, they're the wrong way around once again.

It's not HOMG ITS GUNA ASPLODE-level, but it's still damn annoying. The only thing I can recall doing before this happened was downloading microsoft's latest updates. ~__~ Restarting didn't help, AVG, spybot and ad-aware haven't found anything, and I don't know where to fiddle with the settings of the upload/save window. I'm utterly stumped. plz help? ;__;

1. Go into Explorer / the normal file dialog.
2. Make sure it's set up absolutely the way you like.
3. Go into the Tools menu. Click on folder properties.
4. Click on the second tab which should be View, select "apply to folders" and select yes then OK.

See if it works in your browser now.

I have the french version of XP pro so i'm not too sure that what I did was what you meant, but if so, I've checked out the tools menu and there's stuff that does things i'm not too sure about, but none of it should be about that. Is there any way you could take a screencap of yours, please? ;.;

T_T and when I select "alphabetical order" and "reorder automatically", when i close and then open again, the "reorder" thing is unchecked again. nnnnrrgh.
