The Asuma/Kurenai moment is nice, but I wish they'd cut down on the "Asuma looks melancholy/pondering/deep in thought" moments in the latest chapters, because I have a bad feeling he's going to kick the bucket. ;_; Ooh, Kurenai likes plants!

The training is still boring, as it offers no character interaction of any real significance. Is there an end to Yamato's incredibly convenient powers? probably not. Alright, alright, he's a Hokage clone, he might have a right to. Still, he's a bit too smooth and empty to be that kickass. Where are the character flaws and pluses to counteract the huge-ass, hyper-versatile powers? Hell, where's the character?

Still, here's a new boyfriend for Kakashi. Here he was, so incredibly badass, hot, angsty and mysterious and he only ever got paired off with Iruka and Gai.

... SAKURA. CRYING IN THE DARK. NO DON'T EMO SAKURA. HE MISSES YOU TOO. NARUTO WILL FIX IT REALLY. ;;_____;;

... And ohh Naruto thinks of Sasuke before going to sleep.

I just -- ohh. The fact that they both can't sleep because they're thinking about Sasuke -- and the mirror situation! Naruto is so optimistic and strong (or just that obsessed) and his doubt has disappeared -- whereas Sakura's is getting stronger. No, don't give up Sakura, trust Naruto, he'll bring Sasuke back, really, and then you can have threesome sex all night long. ;_; (or hell, I'd even settle for canon SasuSaku, because Naruto is never ever not going to be a part of you two.)

Emo? I'm beginning to wonder why people use that word XD ...It was a good show of emotion on Sakura's part, I find. There was no bawling, no weeping, and aside from that one tear, she probably didn't break down enough, in my opinion. There's a reason why it has to be in private. And her confidence is shaken, but it's a mix, likely, of the old frustrations and new ones - she can't, as Naruto can, reinvent herself and her powers in a matter of thousands of clones.

Bah. If in the end everyone isn't doing me we know the series has gone seriously wrong. *ironic "OMG" pose* ;D

Oooh, Yamato I liked better earlier - now he's the too convenient plot device to help the other plot device called Kakashi show how much he adores Naruto now and how strong the bearer of the burdensome beast can be.

...Not that I say this isn't a neat trick. It's just sad how he gets to God Mod on his own world; though I suppose he is no better or worse than Orochimaru. Still, if his ass is not handed to him by the Akatsuki, I'm going to question the morals of other villages with similar burden-bearers. *already does that*

Aw, I was just teasing poor Sakura. It's a very justified and not annoying at all show of emotions, so that's fine. :p

Yeah, Yamato at least hinted at being a person; at the moment he and kakashi are just... boring. Also there's no meaningful interaction between Kakashi and Naruto and that really disappoints me.
