I can't write. Still. I've spouted out a Sakura ramble (not even a proper one-shot as she can't stay with one subject -- started with her relationship with Tsunade and, of course, ended up Team Seven) but it needs serious tweaking (rewording, condensating, and more rewording) and I can't find any motivation to do so. Teamwork is staring at me and grinning and not saying anything, the bitch. And all my other fics are playing dead.

Maybe I need to blackmail myself into writing. Yeah, it's hot, yeah, I'm feeling lazy, yeah, the canon isn't being very engaging right now. But damn it. *prods self with stick*


Also, I've wanted for the last six months to write filthy, filthy porn. Preferably of the Naruto's Harem variety. Alas. I NEED A GODDAMN PLOT. Also, to keep them IC.

Yeeah. Believable-yet-porny-porn. That's all me. *flops* =_=

Blackmail, eh? If you can't come up with anything, you'll do a hundred laps around the block in the searing heat?

I figure that the heat is what's keeping you from writing. It's just too hot to think. Eating ice cream or drinking something ice cold can help.

More like I'm not allowed to rp as long as I haven't written, but I know how much I can trust my self-control and strength of will with that. IE, not at all. XD

I don't know if it's the heat, i just feel too lazyn even at night when it's cooler. 'course usually i write from mid-afternoon to dinner, but that's because after that my friends get online. or so i assume. *ponders* Do you think circadian rhythms apply to writing?

When my creativity fires up, it usually does so at 4am or thereabouts. Mom says that the formula for creativity is inspiration (stimulating one's mind with materials) followed by processing (not being stimulated, which allows the previous stimulation to process and spawn a bunny.) Since I am a net addict who sits in front of the computer being stimulated all day, the only time I'm not being stimulated is when I go to bed, so that's when the bunnies bite. Lack of creativity can be attributable to either lack of stimulation or lack of time spent unstimulated.

^_^ Mmm, i could see a kakigoriku smut. ice, syrup, and sex. something to the effect of "man, it would be LOVELY on this hot day to dive into a shaved ice...or at least have ice on the skin" or some such.

if this actually inspires anyone, go to. I won't write it, it'd be so horribly OOC it'd hurt.

^^ Kakigori-ku is a shaved ice. the ice is shaved really thin, and mmmm they have great flavors.
