Oh boy. XD

I seem to be hosting a community.

No, I don't mean a LJ community. I mean a people who like to hang around and chat about the same kinda stuff community. That's... Weird. Really weird. OMG. *hides from all of you!*

It's... flattering. Though kind of panic-inducing. I've never been really sociable IRL. @__@; man, why did I have to wait to turn 24 to suddenly be vaguely popular? Where were you when I was a n00bish emo kid?

It's also hell on my inbox. XD OMG how dare you people feel comfortable enough around here to start chatting amongst yourselves!! This should be all about me.

So uh yeah. What, no!!! I'm not telling you to stop replying, oh god no, never ever please keep replying and posting stuff don't leave me alone noooooooo

... *cough*

When I post a rant or a shiny, deep thought about the fandom or whatever -- discuss away! No problem there. And if someone says something so cracktastic that you HAVE to drabble it -- post it!! No problem at all. *grabby hands*

When I post about a fic, of course I want your comments and concrit, but I have no problem seeing it spark discussions about characterisation, or interpretation, or overused themes or plot devices, or bad grammar and lazy writers, or the likelihood of seafood being responsible for Sasuke's inner trauma (mom really should have let em pincers tied up, poor kid's boybits), or even parodies/omakes! I'm all for omakes. but um yeah. When you jump into a discussion without even a quick mention of the fic that's the whole reason the conversation even started, then I feel all sad and emo inside. And totally random drabbles, while fun and nice of you, still make me wonder what they've got to do with the topic.

I mean, I love you all, but I've been an admin on a message board once and I don't intend on doing it again. It was like herding cats. Or chibi Kyuubis. Never again. I lie. I enjoyed being the bitch in charge when there was a smackdown to lay. I was twenty, angry, and I didn't really like the vast majority of them; so yeah, it was especially enjoyable to abuse my powers. I don't want to be "the bitch in charge" again, especially not here, not with you.

I'm not going to write down rules or anything like that. I love that you all feel good around here, and if I start structuring it too much, that will take all the fun and spontaneity out of it. So it means I trust you to use your common sense. If it's relevant, go for it! If not, you're welcome to drop me a line in the comments with a link; other people will most probably also see it and go discuss it right at the source. Everyone happy.

Of course, that doesn't mean I will never whine for drabble-presents ever again. You know me better than that by now, right? XD

It's been used on me too many times for me by MY mother. It's a goddamn art form, I swear. >>

(wouldn't the tradition of Asian moms everywhere be more like yell at you till you're deaf and then sentence you to four hours of calculus homework? XD;;;)

(Well, this is the tradition of Asian moms when they get together while their children are in the same room.)

Yaaaay! *dancies* *hugs you*

I had (and still have) no social life at school either. All my important people either live in my house or online. Some people find their success later rather than earlier- and indeed, delay only makes gratification sweeter in the end :)

I so do not get this shunning thing you are doing.

<3 for you for letting me ramble with people here! It's damn fun! ^^

Also, get your butt on AIM sometime today. I wrote you some Tayuya sandwhich and I wish for your opinion on it. ^^

OMG how dare you people feel comfortable enough around here to start chatting amongst yourselves!! This should be all about me.

*laughs herself off the chair* Ah, the troubles and tribulations of EXTREME popularity. ^^ Take a deep breath and repeat after me: this is my life, this IS my life, this IS MY LIFE. XD

(so what if you LJ is fun and you know chatty people? You'd be bored to death otherwise. ¬_¬)
