I hesitated to make this post, but I figure some people would like an explanation.

SO! Because this is a fandom journal and I'm really only interested in fandommy news, I'm going to take a few LJs off my friendslist.

Unless you're a very close friend, if you use your journal only as a real-life diary, it probably doesn't really interest me. It doesn't mean I don't like you, and it doesn't mean I don't want to interact with you ever again, and it doesn't mean you're going to miss anything anyway -- can you remember the last time I locked a post? Well, me neither.

So! I still love you and love discussing fandommy stuff with you, and of course you're still totally free to keep me on your friendslist (or not, your call). ~~But man, do you severely lack in naked Sasukes, or what. :D~~

What's really scary is, when I went to school in Japan, there was a girl who sat in front of me who drew nothing but naked Sasuke, that guy from Peacemaker, and naked Ed from FMA.

They were pretty good, too. O_o

...Considering that I don't do Naruto art at all and rarely do fandommy stuff in general these days, I'm guessing that if I was on your friends list (can't remember if I was or not) I'm on the cut list.

Hey, if you're bored, you're bored. I think the whole DRAAAAHMAAAA with friends lists is kind of silly, so it won't upset me if you decide not to clutter up your friends page any more. Note I wasn't even sure you had me on your friends list. ^^;

Like I said, I'll still stalk you 'cause even though you've quit doing GW stuff, there's other things you do that I like. And if I do something that I think you will be interested in, I can poke you to get your attention.

Of course, you're more than welcome to stay, it's always flattering to think somebody's actually interested in the silly babble that I usually have in my LJ. I know it's not exactly exciting 99% of the time. LOL

If I remember well, I'm not on yours (yes, there is a lack of naked Sasuke on my journal, I know), but you're on mine. And you stay there. It was your naked Sasuka that drew me into Naruto after all (and the naked narutos and sakuras and stuff ... uhm.)

And this is why I created a writing journal for myself. Except I don't post too much in it. Though I have been commenting here most with it. Hm. ^_^ And I did manage to post a Naruto drabble inspired by you the other day. Still, don't comment or post enough to really make things worth it. All for fun.

Cleaning out the friendslist is a must for you, I'd say. That was a high number. Now you should eat celebratory naked!uke cake.

Though, if you are wanting to dump me because of that whole cross-fandom thing, I'm not gonna be all 'woe is me' about it, so don't worry about it. I too know the pain of a friends-list that has gotten to be almost too much to deal with. *pets*

ahhhh, poor asuka! I feel so bad for you (and since I was never ON your friends list, it's not like I have anything to worry about here). I have trouble keeping up with the 20 people on my flist, NEVERMIND fifty plus. It totally sucks to have to cut people, but that is the sad way of the world, and I don't really see why friending should be an "I friended YOU, therefore you are obligated to friend me back" sort of thing. I friend the people I do because they're interesting, not because I am.

I too only lack naked Sasuke ~~pr0n~~ art in my LJ because I cannot draw to save my life. Even my stick figures look retarded. T_T

**shrugs** For me, the friends list is my way of keeping track of people who I'm interested in. I've never expected them to return the interest.

Besides, if I post something (like Naked Sasuke) I think someone would like to see, I'd tag a link on the end of a comment on their LJ so they can see it.
