No, it's VISIBLE -- it's just that small ears and long tail suggest several possible animals to me, including several members of the cat family, mongooses, mustelids, lemurs, chipmunks, and other small rodents. From this angle, it's hard to tell if the ear is triangular or rounded-oval.

Sasuke would make an excellent ermine (and be very annoyed at it, too.)
