I managed to save it at a better quality this time. it's still not big, but big enough to see what's going on, and not horribly pixelated. Also fixed a few transitions and yes, eldest!jo, i got rid of the repetition. XP (so yay there are two new clips that weren't there before.)

there's one teeny little thing that annoys me, and it's a scene of sasuke rescuing naruto when it should have been the other way around to fit with the lyrics. but i'm too lazy to search for a scene i didn't already use elsewhere, so it stays. XD

Even though you used a few of the shots twice, and a few parts seemed awkward, the ending was lovely, and it didn't show at all that it was your first AMV. There were really a few scenes that were just poignant when combined with the words, and the sense of regret weaved throughout was exquisite when combined with the last shot. So, honestly, though I'm not as in love with this as I am the rest of your work, I'm still in love with it.

This is weird. A few weeks ago a guy I know from Houston (he was going to college with me until last year, which I suppose makes him a different kind of brother in arms) came down and had me listen to a new song he wanted suggestions for making into a music video. I threw out Naruto jokingly, as it has become my latest obsession. But he wasn't familiar with the anime, and I think we settled on something with Gundam in the title. But it was literally just a few weeks ago that we discussed this.

The song in question, if I haven't made it obvious, is Brother In Arms. I don't know if you really care, but it is a remarkable coinicidence. Gives me one of those freaky Oompa Loompa vibes...

By the way, love the video. Can't wait to show it to my friend.

Hah. So. Finally got to see this. =]

I liked the last scene in black & white, reused from before to drive home the point... also the black & white makes it seem older, more significant, and that the union of three is lost now. Maybe I'm reading too much into that... XP I also liked how throughout the AMV there were so many scenes of them saving each other. I liked the video in general, really.
