Wow...so very pretty. As I've mentioned before, I have your site saved to my favorites, so I've seen some of these before. Normally, photoshop and I don't get along well when it comes to doing things to alread-existing photos. But this one was screaming "I'm perfect!" And so, I give you Saki-chan, in blue.

I don't know who the person is, but the chance was too good to pass up, and the outfit worked, although it had to be changed from black to blue.
