they're stupid in different ways. Nougat (em's dog) isn't so much idiotic as brutal and totally lacking in subtlety. Lurax (my dog-- yes i know the name sucks) is... an airhead. A ditz. Hell, he's sort of the doggy shuichi of the neighborough. Always howling in his shrill voice and getting where he's already been hurt before and being SURPRISED when it happens again (like lying down behind my chair when i'm about to get up) (that and he attracts gay dogs. I'm not kidding. XD hell, even his girlfriend is ten times more butch than he is)

Sorry, I forget sometimes that not everybody uses the same slang as I do. ^^;;

"Puppy love" is a slang term in the HP yaoi-verse for an SB/RL pairing. Both canines....at least some of the time....but this is a reference to their two-legged relationship. XD

Harry has two godfathers, huzzah! ^__^

DEFINITELY worth a look at the HVPF is the song spoof "Remus the Teenage Werewolf." Goes to the tune of Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer and nearly makes me wet myself everytime I read it. ^__^

You haven't lived until you've spent a week with your family in the cold and stormy August weather, in a tent that leaks, playing scrabble, cards and praying to God above that the battery in the latern doesn't run out before you've finished the chapter of your book.
