I love Karkat getting addicted to soaps (though now I want to throw Kuroko no Basuke or another sports manga at him, just so he has something where the rivalries really are presented as equally important as the love interests). Byrd reluctantly being the household's impromptu counselor against his will is kind of interesting, and I like how it plays into all the varied issues he has. Dave dealing with having to share Terezi looks like it will be quite interesting, too. Trolls not having the standard response to kittens was a wonderful touch. And, of course, awkward makeouts are love.
