Territoriality - the were beast society isn't happy to see the discharged soldiers? They've either known about the project since before it was implemented (while the scientists were gathering intel and experimenting), while it was being used (during the war itself), or when the war concluded (and suddenly these unusual humans are suddenly walking the streets), but any way you put it, I want to know what the society's reaction to the news about the modded soldiers was :3
