Nah, she hasn't had enough flashbacks and Naruto isn't yet ready to be hokage so if she died now it'd fall right back on kakashi who already had one narrow escape and most certainly didn't want it. I really don't think she'll die. Now oldkage has ben showing all the signs, complete with flashbacks that link his history to madara's and make an incomplete plot thread that needs to be resolved. Tsunade doesn't have such an interlinked history with Madara, the fact that he had a boner for her grandfather doesn't really count since she seems to care about that a lot less than he does.

but oh god yes please teach sakura something more damnit. (but in this case i'm even sadder she barely bothered to use a kunai against sasuke. :/)
